Vaccines: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations before grooming. LV-SM Veterinary staff can schedule your pet for vaccinations if needed.
Grooming services are separate from the LV-SM Veterinary Hospital and will need to be paid separately.
A complimentary exam will be done by a veterinary technician during grooming. (Exam includes general look over, eyes, ears, teeth etc.)
Drop-offs: There are several designated drop-off times for grooming, you will be notified at the time of scheduling what time to bring your pet in. Please come in to fill out paperwork prior to bringing in your animals. All animals must be on a leash or in a carrier before coming into the clinic.
Pickups: You will be called when your pet is ready to go home.
An estimated completion time will/can be given at the time of drop off. Times for pickup can vary, depending on grooming difficulty. You are welcome to call and check up on your pet, but if we have not yet called, your pet is most likely not ready.
Ticks and or Fleas: If there are fleas and or ticks on your pet, they will receive a de-flea/tick bath, no questions asked. Flea and tick baths are additional and will be added to final charges. No exceptions.
Payment: No credit/debit cards. Cash or checks only. Checks can be made out to Critter Clipper.
There may be additional charges for severe matting and handling. For example, if your pet has mats that cannot be humanly brushed out, we will clip them out especially if it is in your pets best interest if this is the case we may have to trim the coat short all over.
You will be asked to fill out a grooming card upon drop off, please provide as much detail as possible.
